Q: What is the shortest and longest term I can consign my vehicle at your Consignment Store? 
A: Shortest term is One Month and Longest term is two months.

Q: If I choose a two month plan and my vehicle sells in one month, Will I be refunded the cost of third month?
A: No, Because our two month plans include services such as additional pictures, wider marketing area, additional third party advertiser and professional detail of your vehicle that helps selling your vehicle faster. Please view the consignment pricing and services page:

Q: Will my vehicle be placed at your store at all times or will I be able to use my vehicle at my leisure?
A: While you can have the use of the vehicle at your convenience, it is best to leave it at our facility at all times for the best and most effective presentation. This will provide you with getting the most dollars for your vehicle, it will also result with a faster sale. If you intend to make your vehicle partially available to purchasers at the times convenient to you, We recommend you select the Park 2 Sell plan available at our facility. Q: What is the difference between the Consignment plans and Park 2 Sell Plan ?
A: Consignment Plans include mechanical inspection, marketing, advertising, presentation and demonstration of your vehicle. It also includes all communications, negotiations, contracting, processing the title transfer of your vehicle upon the sale to the purchaser. 
Park 2 Sell Plan does not include any of these services. Park 2 Sell Plan allocates a single parking space on our Consignment lot. This is a weekly plan which allows the Seller to leave their vehicle on our consignment lot in weekly bases. Seller may choose to advertise their vehicle at any source of their choice. Answer calls pertaining to their vehicle. Seller and Potential buyer meet at the consignment lot to show their vehicle. This gives you the privacy and security away from your home. It also places your vehicle at our high traffic area ( HWY 61 ) where it is well known to be a car shopping strip .

Q: If I choose a Park 2 Sell Plan may I convert it to one of the Consignment plan later. 
A: Yes, We can upgrade you to any consignment plan of your choice and apply any credits towards the new plan.
Q: Can I cancel any consignment plan prior to it's contracted maturity time?
A: Yes, We will gladly cancel your contract. However, if your vehicle is already inspected, advertised and marketed, There will not be a refund due to significant amount of work has been already vested by our company. We will not be able to refund full, partial or prorated amount. 

Q: Can I place a vehicle which is not titled in my name on the consignment store or the park 2 sell lot ?
A: No, Every person placing a vehicle on the consignment store or the Park 2 Sell lot must be the owner or co-owner of the subject vehicle. We will require proof of ownership and validate ownership with Minnesota State resources,

Q: When My vehicle is consigned on your lot which party will be responsible of physical damage, liability insurance coverages ?
A: We require that you sign a consignment contract which indicates consignor's (You) insurance must be in force  at all times. Consignee will not provide insurance on Consignor's vehicle and will not assume liability in physical, comprehensive or collision damages.

Q: Why Consignment store completes a mechanical inspection of a consigned vehicle ?
A: We include a mechanical inspection of your consigned vehicle to protect your best interest and for the safety, security and the confidence of the buyer. If your vehicle does not pass a mechanical and safety inspection your plan purchase price will be refunded in full. You may also choose to have our company to complete repair/repairs to validate the inspection has been completed to meet potential purchaser's expectations in overall safe and reliable purchase of a vehicle

Q: Can I place a vehicle which is not titled in my name on the consignment store or the park 2 sell lot ?
A: No, Every person placing a vehicle on the Consignment Store or the Park 2 Sell lot must be the owner or co-owner of the subject vehicle. We will require proof of ownership and validate ownership with Minnesota State resources,

Q: I still have a loan on my vehicle and making payments. Can I still place it on the Consignment lot ?
A: Yes, Upon the sale, contracting and the funding of the vehicle, we will promptly distribute the sale price to you and pay off the balance to the lender holding a lien on your vehicle.

Q; If I sell a vehicle to private party on your Park 2 Sell lot will your store complete the title transfer process for the buyer and seller ?
A; No, We can only make the title transfer, registration transactions for the buyer and seller  
under the terms of Consignment Plans.  
We are a licensed Minnesota Motor Vehicle Dealership permitted to complete purchase and sale transactions and title, register processes with department of Motor Vehicle. We also have resources of financing for the buyer of your consigned vehicle. Please contact us for the details of this process

Q: What am I required to do when Consignment Store sells my vehicle ?
A: You are not required to do anything besides collecting your check.

Q: Why should I consign my vehicle with Consignment Store instead of selling it myself to a Car Dealership or Private Party ?
A: Many car dealerships would like to purchase your vehicle. We want to sell it for you. Some dealerships may offer you a fair wholesale market value. However it still is not enough or not
as much as you may receive as selling it in private market or by utilizing our consignment resources..
However, even what you may receive in sale of your vehicle in private party values may not be as much as what we can sell your vehicle for you and give you the entire sale price.
Depending on the age, the odometer miles and condition of your vehicle this may be thousands of dollars in difference.  You will also keep your privacy by not needing to answer phone calls, questions, or being held subject to uncomfortable negation process with the buyer. We will do all the work necessary during the entire sale progress.
